Handling of Personal Information

Mitsubishi Electric has set forth personal information protection policies and formulated the Mitsubishi Electric Corporation Personal Information Protection Management System to ensure its strict enforcement. 4. How We Use your Personal Information

  1. 1) Mitsubishi Electric uses the personal information we receive from you to execute contracts and transactions concluded between you and Mitsubishi Electric.

  3. 3) Mitsubishi Electric may at times be entrusted by a client company to process information or perform other such activities on its behalf. The personal information we obtain as a result will be used only for the activities with which we are entrusted. In such cases, Mitsubishi Electric and the client company will be bound by a confidentiality agreement not to disclose the name of the client company or details of the activity.

  8. 8) When it is necessary to cooperate with national agencies, local governments, or their consigned parties in the execution of legally-prescribed business, but where obtaining your consent may hinder execution of the said business.

9. Children’s Privacy
